Baserange Melbourne Store invites you to contemplate the photographic works featured in anyonegirl.com’s publication, WAIST, as part of a collaborative in-store exhibition.
WAIST is a print project by Yasmine Ganley and Natasha Mead. The contributing artists’ pieces reflect on the female mid-section, as symbol and physicality, and collectively highlight the subtle communication of this body part.
The exhibition features works by Nastassia Brückin, Ophelia Mikkelson & Ryder Jones, Kimbra Audrey, Crista Leonard, Yasmine Ganley & Natasha Mead, alongside a screening of a Veronica Crockford-Pound’s Super 8 film.
Baserange Melbourne Store will also have a limited supply of the Sherie Muijs x WAIST No.19 tee-shirts available for purchase.
The photography prints created by fine art printers, Hound & Bone, are for sale in limited numbers, and also available framed in Tasmanian oak.
Visitors will also be able to experience the newly re-designed Baserange space; an evolution in interiors to mark their third year at No Order Market.
Join us for a Moon Dog craft beer from 3 – 6PM Saturday 2 December 2017, at No Order Market Level 1, 187-193 Elizabeth Street Melbourne CBD.
The exhibition will continue until 10 January 2018.
